I have a friend who has a CCW who I've been trying to help for a while. He has a self-admitted drinking problem and depression, and is unwilling to get help. He frequently drinks to intoxication while carrying and has, on occasion, then drove home drunk. I'm hesitant to call the police on him as he'd likely lose his job (law enforcement), but I don't believe he's in a place where carrying is a great idea for him at this time. I've talked to him about it and he doesn't see any of this as an issue. Any advice? via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2xppHPl
