How do you answer "what's that bulge under your shirt?" - Specifically from friends/coworkers

I'm not talking about a random person in the grocery store you can lie to or joke about your colostomy bag or whatever. I'm talking about a coworker or someone you'll see every day.Any lies in this situation have the potential to dig yourself into a hole.Colostomy bag excuse:"How's your Crohn's feeling today? What meds are you on?"Phone case excuse:"Cool, can I see it? What type of case/phone is it?
