How does being handicapped effect the use of deadly force?

I recently had a heart valve replaced, and as a result I'm now on blood thinners for the rest of my life. My doctors have told me that this greatly increases my risk of internal bleeding, or bleeding to death if I suffer an injury. So I could essentially loose my life from being hit on the head or got what would otherwise be a good beating.I'm in chicago where people are often beaten by groups of people for their belongings etc. So my question is.. How does my medical condition effect my right to defend myself? Can I use lethal force if someone is attacking me without a weapon? via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2zJB7yY
