+1 in the chamber

I know pretty much everyone here carries with one in the chamber (barring those who are very new and not really comfortable with their firearm yet), but I'm curious about something that I haven't really seen brought up much within the firearm community.Who carries with that +1 in their firearm? Specifically, who loads their firearm, ejects the magazine, tops it off, and reinserts it? Does the gun you carry affect your decision to do so?
