Sweat Shield on a gun with a safety?

I'm always changing carry guns. Currently it's a cz p01 with steel frame. I have an aiwb holster with a full sweat shield and i can't get a good solid grasp on the gun when drawing like i could with my vp9 with no sweat shield. I feel like the sweat shield while more comfortable makes it harder to get a good grip on the gun.I chose the sweat shield because i felt like a gun with a safety i want something to protect the safety from getting accidentally bumped off while a gun is pointing at my boy-parts.I guess my question is what are your thoughts, if you are carrying cocked and locked is the sweat shield necessary? via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2iEkKk4
