so recently i have been getting a lot of junkies smoking pot, cocaine and drinking alcohol in my house entry, police usually never shows up, and they usually arrive in group of six or more, so i cant face them. is there an oil, fat, or something with texture as dried fat, that irritate their skin if they touch it? hopefully with no fumes.
