Six years ago I made a stupid mistake that got me charged with a municipal, domestic violence charge in the state of Missouri. It wound up with me pleading guilty, however I received SIS. I never violated the terms of the SIS.The way I've always understood it and as explained to by my attorney, was that with the SIS my case is considered closed and there is no conviction.That being so, I wouldn't think I would have any issue passing a NICS check but I thought I would ask before I wind up embarrassing myself. via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2lMgIXz
