Can someone explain to me why the SCCY guns are not on the legal roster in California? They seem to fit all the criteria for what's allowed in the state. My nephew living there really wants one, and we can't figure out why it's not allowed to be sold in the state. via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2mxkAsu
