Hey folks, under 21 FL permit holder (military).Anyhow, visiting some family in MS and AL, and am just wondering if I can carry legally. I know MS has constitutional for residents, and AL issues under 21 permits. Also does anyone know how this would work with Louisiana? Thanks.
