If you're one of them, then you need to research more on constitutional use of force because you don't want to find yourself arguing a case like this in front of a judge.One caveat to this would be if there were kids in the car. In MI at least, kid napping falls under the castle doctrine so if there's kids in the car and you have a clean shot, you're good.
