I am looking at purchasing my first firearm. I am looking for something that I can use as a daily carry as well as have a good time on the range with. I am a thinner guy at 145lb and 5'10". I have looked into 9mm mostly. The glock 43 and the m&p shield came to mind for a single stack and the glock 19, 26, sig p320, and m&p 9c have come up as double stack options.Any tips that could help me out? Does the width really make that big of a difference? How much does height and weight matter? Is having a glock with interchangeable mags worth it (carry short, long for range)?
