Riding passenger while drinking but gun in glovebox?

State - TXSo caveat to this, after researching and even though I didn't come across quite a cut/dry answer I still decided best option is to either 1: don't carry a firearm, or 2: leave it in the trunk.Really this is just a hypothetical question because I couldn't find a direct answer and am curious. If you were to go out drinking, and for some reason were in a passenger seat, forgot to put away your firearm and it was still in a glovebox and the vehicle got pulled over.
