I live with a constant fear of being taken to a mental hospital without my consent. I want to sign up for self defense class specifically to fight anyone who tries to take me to the hospital or pull a non consensual intervention on me. Does anyone know what form of self defense would work best on people trained to transport you to a hospital? (And I mean actual self defense, not like becoming someone that this would never happen to)
