I’m from maine which has permit less carry for 21+, and shall issue for 18-20. Permit takes up to a month to activate, and I get shipped off to college in a month. I have a private sale p365xl in my sights to buy but I’m second guessing if its worth it. I can’t carry at college and I will be in a different non permit recognizing state.
