AIWB, how do you guys do it?

I'm a bigger guy but not huge, 6'2" 240# with a bit of a beer belly, but I don't get it. Are you guys always lounging back? Do the AIWB have a high ride height so the bend of your waist isn't trying to pinch the gun when you lean or bend at all?
