I am a NY resident going to school in Philadelphia PA. I would like to concealed carry since it is not safe here. PA requires nonresident applicants to have a permit for their home state, but the process for getting that in NY, just to get another for PA is expensive and frustrating as hell. Is there a “residency” exemption for students in PA or any way I can get around this? Is changing states my only option? via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/3idtWI8
