Is it a crime to carry in a private business that doesn’t allow it? (TX)

In Texas, is it an actual crime to carry in a business that doesn’t allow it in their policy? For example, a shopping mall.I know that you can’t carry in bars and restaurants that are 51% because it’s a felony.But if I were to get into a CCW scenario inside a business that doesn’t allow firearms, could I be charged with an actual crime?
