Address change in Illinois

Hello!I applied for my CCL on June 1st, and now will be moving on September 1st. I can still receive mail at my old place, so should I wait to change the address for my CCL and Foid until after I receive my CCL? via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/3l5eQ9H
