Tier1: Doing it right.

Shout out to Tier1 Concealed! A little less than a year ago I purchased an AXIS slim($165 with accessories) from them for my main carry gun, and it’s definitely seen some use. One evening about two weeks ago, I was taking it off to get a shower(it’s on me from the moment I get dressed in the morning until I get undressed at night) I noticed there was a crack that ran all of the way through the kydex near the claw on the underside of the trigger guard area. I immediately switched holsters and shot T1C an email. I understand kydex wears out, but a year? I also get this is a weak or stress spot because of the claw. The day after emailing them I get a response directing me to ship it back as it’s still under warranty, so I replaced my G-code belt clip with the original and sent back the holster only(not the mag carrier). A week later I have a brand new holster at my door, complete with napsack, 2 new shock cords, a new mag carrier and some decals. Outstanding service and I figured it was worth mentioning.
