So my mom works at a fairly sketch restaurant that gets this aggressive homeless lady very often. She walks around with scissors and throws water and soda at my mom/employees for no reason and laughs, and has acted aggressive torwards her employees (thrown stuff, screams, ect). I got her pepper spray, but I want to know when she can legally use it so I can properly train her on it. Thanks guys!
