What’s generally regarded as the best carry position for desk jobs? Mostly sitting at a PC for 6 plus hours a day?

I am guessing AIWB appendix carry?Also, I bike to work on days I don’t need to drop my kid off at school. Does appendix work for biking or would I need two different setups on those days?thanks via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2M5qWOz
