Do magazine speed loaders really work?

I have arthritis and I'm having a hard time loading my Sig P365 9mm. Searched on google on what may help and found some sort of clip loader from RAE on Amazon. Has anyone tried it before? Does it work? Thanks for the insights! via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2K36WcL
