TX processing times for LTC? What causes the massive variance and what can I do to make it as fast as possible?

I noticed that some people here got their LTC within 11 days after paperwork and I see others with 63. I’m in Austin and would like to know if there’s anything I can do on my part to expedite the process. Thanks y’all! via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/31636Xk
