I can't afford a gym, so I'm training boxing by myself through YouTube tutorials.
I just wanna some tips, advices, recommendations. I know that alone I will never be so good, but it's something. Any help is welcome.
Should I training with bare hands in order to toughen my bones and joints? What is a good workout routine focused on self-defense?
