Inherited several firearms. What needs to be done to transfer ownership?

My grandfather recently passed away. In his will, he wrote that all his guns were to be divided between myself and my siblings.Is there any particular process or documentation required by state or federal law to transfer ownership or registration of these?There are several rifles, air rifles, BB guns, and pistols. One of the small-caliber rifles has a high-capacity (25-round) magazine.Grandad lived in South Carolina. I don't know where all the guns were purchased.
