Follow up on new Walther CCP M2

So far I'm still happy with the gun. It feels absolutely amazing in the hands, but I'm still really sour about how bad the machining and polishing was when I broke the gun down. The trigger was incredibly gritty and went in "stages" before it would release the firing pin. I called Walther for some guidance on that and to ask if that would wear in over time and smooth out. I was told that yes, it's a normal problem with all CCPs, and no there's nothing that can be done about it. The guy advised me that there's plenty of polishing that can be done if you detail strip the gun, but they don't recommend it and it would also void the warranty.Thoughts? Did you ever have a brand new gun that you had to put work into? via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2XFhokj
