I am an 18 year old resident from the state of Kentucky. I will be getting my CCDW when I turn 21. However I live extremely close to the border with Indiana. In Indiana the CCDW application age is 18. Down here in Kentucky it is 21. I was looking at this and since both Kentucky and Indiana (amongst other states) have agreed to honor each other’s CCDW permits does that mean I can get a CCDW permit in the state of Indiana as a non-resident since I am 18. Then be able to conceal carry a pistol in Kentucky? There is probably Code against this I’m just wondering if any of you all would know more about this or have witnessed someone who has done this.
