Ok so I live in the Seattle area. We have a small pleasure cruise company operating in the area. Additionally we have the Hiram M Chittenden locks (Ballard locks) connecting Lake Union/Lake Washington to the Puget Sound. The locks are property of and operated by the US Army Corps of engineers making their property a federal facility. I know that if I'm on land observing the locks on their land I'm not allowed to have a weapon. How does it work if I'm on a privately owned vessel passing through their locks system assuming I remain on the vessel (and have no option to leave the vessel)? via /r/CCW http://bit.ly/2Q2nhiW
