Live in Arkansas, moving to Texas soon for a job. Will I run into any issues if I go ahead and get my concealed carry permit in Arkansas?

I know some states like Florida don't reciprocate out-of-state concealed carry permits (like if I had an AR driver's license and a TX concealed carry permit), so I was wondering if it would be okay to get my permit in Arkansas before I move.
