About two and a half years ago I was hospitalized after my blood pressure and pulse became dangerously high. After the initial blood test, the first question the doctor asked was, "How much have you had to drink this morning?" I won't bore everyone with the details but, long story short, a week in the hospital put my years of "functioning alcoholism" to an end. Haven't had a drop since.Tennessee law allows a person to apply for a CCW permit three years after voluntary hospitalization for addiction. My question is this: Might I go ahead and take the required certification class ahead of time so that once the three year period has passed, I can immediately apply for my permit? (i.e. How long is the class certification good for after completion?)Any input would be greatly appreciated. via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2HkqQR5
