In the interest of knowing the law as fully as I can I have been trying to find both the violations a concealed carrier can commit in VA and the penalties for those violations. This has been pretty straightforward so far, but I'm having trouble finding the penalty for violating a public college/university's policies regarding carrying firearms in buildings on their campuses. Even attorney websites I've looked at (such as this one) don't mention the penalties anywhere (if they talk about campus carry at all). Does anyone know what the penalties are and, if so, can you direct me to the section in the VA code that lists them? via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2r9Gup5
