Greetings. I have a question regarding the places prohibited to open carry in Nebraska, Omaha specifically if there are extra limitations.For instance, Nebraska bans concealed carrying a firearm in a place of worship unless you are part of the security team and written notice has been provided to the congregation, applicable law is 69-2441(1)(b). It specifically states "a concealed handgun" but makes no mention of an openly carried handgun. Would this then allow a person to openly carry in a church without being part of the security team?
