G36?

I'm pretty new to this *subreddit, and to carrying. I was doing a pretty deep dive through CCW's posts and I've yet to see anyone else carrying a G36. Just curious why this isn't a more popular choice for those of you carrying a Glock. I chose it because (I believe) it is the smallest frame .45 acp you can get from Glock and because it's a single stack mag (being a woman, I need a slim carry). What are your thought on the G36??
