CCW Riverside County, CA

Hello /CCWI am not new to guns. I have been actively visiting a range once a month or so, if I had the time.I had a series of questions I wanted to ask you all. I'd like to start off with some essentials. I am a 20 year old business owner. I transport alot of money (Was going to use this as my cause). I have a spotless record. Now I am aware you have to be 21 to buy a side arm. Is there any legal way around this? My father buying one for me is not an option, due to me unfortunately coming from an anti gun household. Is there a way I could go to a gun show and bring one over? Or if I went to Arizona and got one could I bring it back legally?Now on the topic of CCW. I am aware there is a heavy wait list. Could I get on it now? Or do I HAVE to be 21? Do I even have to be 21 for a CCW? I have done intense research and saw nothing about an age requirement. I assume it's somthing along the concept of "There is no legal smoking age, but you have to be 21 to buy cigarettes"Any other advice for attaining my CCW in a "quick" fashion?
