Those who carry a M&P Shield 9mm, what defense ammo do you use?

I am thinking about buying 124g Federal HST's for my defensive carry ammo.I was just wondering if it is reliable/dependable ammo when used in a Shield 9mm.What else do you use and do you recommend it?Thanks! via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2Ahsihl
