My wife just bought an LCP and loves it, but one of the primary reasons that she bought it is to protect herself while rock climbing. She boulders, which, for those that don’t know, involves lots of short-distance hiking and then stopping to climb. She can’t climb with it on her, so if she carried on-body she would have to holster/unholster literally dozens of times a day. So it’s either off-body carry, in a purse or backpack, or no carry.She uses a Sticky holster for daily carry but I don't trust the retention on it for purse/bag carry.
