This is something I've been pondering for a while and I wanted to hear your opinions on the matter. Thanks in advance for your responses! As you all know, there are certain states in the U.S. (California, Colorado, New York, etc) that place limits on the number of rounds a magazine can hold.If someone were to move to a new state that does not have these ridiculous mag limits in place, what do you think would be the better option?Spend the money and get all new mags for their guns (may not be feasible for folks that struggle financially)Save some money and simply install standard OEM springs for the sub-standard capacity magazinesThe reason I'm curious is because while it's generally a bad idea to CC a heavily modified weapon (custom sights, trigger job, etc), there isn't much discussion on magazines or the situation I described in the second option. On one hand, your mag only holds the "normal" number of rounds. On the other hand, is this something that could be effectively used against you in court if you were involved in a self-defense shooting? Obviously, the magazine would still appear the same prior to upgrading. What are your thoughts? via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2BhNhQ8
