A crazy man grabbed my friend by her hair and was dancing around while holding her hair so she couldn't get out of his control. She got really dizzy and eventually fell down. I wasn't sure what to do because he wasn't striking or anything too crazy. Would I have been justified to interfere by at least pushing and maybe slapping the man? Thank you.
