(Request) Does anyone have an unbiased source for the numbers of CCWs used for defensive purposes each year?

I'm hoping to get a non-biased source on self defense numbers. I've already found the two FBI sources on number of deaths by rifles being lower than knives and violence declining in general. I'm now hoping to get a source on defensive weapons use. All the articles I seem to find are from either far left or far right, each claiming to refute the other. I'd like to be able to present an unbiased source so as to avoid the whole "Well that's the NRA, of course they would say that." type of argument. via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2xXWBKk
