Hi, I just recently moved to Texas from Louisiana. In LA, I was a CHL instructor and NRA Basic Pistol Instructor Cert. I couldnt find it on the TX CHL website but can I use my NRA cert as proof of training to acquire a TX permit? Or does TX have everyone go through the state course?
