[Getting Started] Wanting to get started, but first a few hoops.

I'm wanting to being carrying!I'm leaning towards getting an M&P Shield 9mm, but I've also looked into slightly larger options but the issue is mostly money.The hoops are, I'm currently holding a NY State Driver's license, but have been living in KY since March. Is there any way to use some of those documents to prove residency in KY so that I can go ahead and purchase a firearm to train with until I can get my CDW?The reason I haven't switched information is due to car insurance policies and vehicles being a completely different situation and ultimately not allowing me to transfer to my current address.Any help? via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2fVrmG5
