I was considering having a backup conceal carry weapon and was watching Paul Harrell on Youtube https://youtu.be/FXtzu0bJmb8 talk about 40 of the 50 States prohibit carrying a second weapon and or knife. This is something my instructor never even brought up in class and honestly the prohibition never even crossed my mind. I am in WI and will have to review the laws here. Thoughts ?
