What's the best way to prevent someone armlocking?

Let's say one or two strangers tried armlocking you from behind? Let's say one or two strangers went from behind or tried to armlock your arms from behind, or even from the sides without any valid reason whatsoever. If one or two arms got locked behind the back, they would be stuck or have a hard time getting out of it.

How would anyone prevent that from happening in the first place? Maybe also one i saw where one is holding the hand on the chin and looks like he/she is thinking. Might help? How do you lock down your body position and protect against abuse when it comes to violence like that?

What moves would be the best way to prevent that from ever happening? I'm thinking maybe holding hands and locking your own fingers. And holding arms against your body close.. How do you protect your arms and close them down from attacks that could lead to someone locking your arm from behind? Or even the sides. How would you escape someone even trying to grab you or lock you down with violence for no reason whatsoever? Please link videos and knowledge on the subject. Hand under your armpits could also work. If another one don't pry them open that is.. One thought.

Protecting arms/wrists seem to be the first line of defense after watching some videos. Others could grab people with arms, do what they like in some ways.. How would anyone even protect against it? I saw one video with just a hard hit, and push other hands away if someone tries to grab you wrist without your permission. That was nice. But i need more. If someone is trying to touch you or get a hold of your wrists or make some armlock, what would you do about it?

I mean. If anyone where to be kidnapped let's say. That don't happen often to people i hope, but even then it might been a good skill to know for people. Protecting arms and such..

When it comes to others grabbing you, or trying to grab you.. Is defense enough or is offense needed like punches and off with other hands and such?

Thanks!

Something like this, but i need more info. =) More technical and techniques.
