Most of the time you see two guys swinging back and forth. It feels like you have to in order to keep up with the pace but I feel that could be exactly why you get KO'd. I think it's the wrong mindset to have to. It's like you gotta get as many punches in so I can KO them before they do. I think these type of fights leave you vulnerable to because it's all offense and no defense for self protection.
