Looking to invest in a quality OWB holster for when I open carry. Originally had a nylon one (boy was that a mistake), recently got a serpa esque holster. After watching about 10 videos of some competent dudes having ND’s into their thighs I’ve decided to return it.Hoping to find a good recommendation for an OWB holster for open carry. Looking for something that’ll accommodate the Glock 19/23, include some sort of active retention not involving the index finger.Currently looking at a safariland 6378 or 6379, the ALS seems to be about as “active” as the serpa.
