Does Philadelphia have additional requirements beyond Pennsylvania/reciprocal agreement permits?

I will be traveling by car to Pennsylvania and eventually Philadelphia next week. I have an Ohio concealed carry permit. Pennsylvania and Ohio have reciprocal agreements.Philadelphia is a "city of first class" which I believe supersedes open carry which is legal in the rest of Pennsylvania.So can someone verify that as long as I don't open carry in the city or county of Philadelphia I can legally carry concealed with my Ohio permit.I am aware that I shouldn't enter New Jersey with a firearm. via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/3yGVVFM
