I live in AZ. No permit required to carry concealed. If, heaven forbid, I were ever involved in a situation where I had to use my weapon would it be better for me, legally, to have a permit? I’m thinking of this type of hypothetical: “Defendant doesn’t have permit therefore he’s an untrained, unskilled individual and didn’t know what he was doing in this situation.” In other words, does having a permit help me or hurt me legally if I ever get into court because of a DGU situation? via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2RZkTgE
