Hi all, I'm a 24 year old living in a permitless carry state. Planning to first acquire a residential license here for general reciprocity with other states, but unfortunately PA does not honor my state's permit. In fact, it seems they honor no non-residential permits from other states. Technically, PA counties can issue non-residential permits, but in my online searching I've found mixed answers/info regarding the likely result of applying.
