CCW (Non-Resident) Question

If I obtain a non-resident CCW permit for IL as a current resident in VA, and then move to MO, is the IL CCW permit still valid? If so, could I renew the IL non-resident permit (as a MO resident) after 5 years? via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2Snlysz
