I have a close friend who is 13 years old and seems to be a creep magnet. Everywhere she goes there seems to be a weirdo looking at her in an odd way. She wants to be able to defend herself if threatened but she is kinda short and weak. We both live in California where everything seems to be illegal unless it’s too small of a weapon to do anything.
